Phillipa Cookman is a London based singer songwriter, offering a blend of americana, blues and country with a pop twist, incorporating both electric and acoustic guitar into her performances.
 

For Phillipa, finding her sound has been a lifelong passion, studying music at college through to University and on to the Royal Academy of Music. Phillipa continued to hone her craft while travelling the world performing in hotels, theatres and cruise ships, as well as touring the UK with ‘The Sound Of Springsteen’ as a backing vocalist and guitarist.

In November 2020, Phillipa released her album ‘Cookman’, which received critical praise and support from radio stations, seeing the album and extremely catchy debut single ‘Greasy Mabel’ both reach no1 in the UK iTunes Country Charts.
