Hannigan is a travelling singer songwriter. True to his English-Irish roots, he has created a unique sound only identifiable as his own – acoustic soulful folk with influences of surf rock.
Having lived in Cornwall for 5 years, Hannigan is the first to admit that his music has been heavily influenced by his time spent in the Cornish surf scene.
With a new album about to be released and its debut single, Perranporth, getting an immediate play on BBC Intro, Hannigan’s music looks set to reach its rightly earned place in peoples playlists.
His earnest and anecdotal writing style carries you like a backpack on an adventure; a journey of heartache, hope, and healing. Eyes will well, feet will tap, and heads will bop.
